People sign in with their Microsoft work account. Your MFA and Conditional Access policies apply.

Your name, work email, tenant ID and immutable user ID from the sign-in token. Nothing else in your directory.
You need
A Microsoft admin to approve the app the first time, and your Tenant ID.

Only people from your linked tenant whom you invite (or who auto-join as Viewers, if you turn that on).
